Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Pharmacy Refill Coordinator to support daily pharmacy operations through proactive refill management, provider communication, and patient coordination. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote healthcare environment. Responsibilities: - Review patient profiles in advance to identify missing or upcoming refills. - Contact doctor’s offices to follow up on refill requests and document updates in the system. - Coordinate with patients for scheduling and follow-ups as processes are established. - Assist with medication inventory planning based on upcoming patient needs and cost considerations. - Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing and general pharmacy support. Qualifications (Required): - Proven experience with pharmacy refill processes. - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong, patient-friendly communication skills. - Tech-savvy; comfortable with EMR systems, remote desktop tools, and communication platforms. - Experience with Pioneer is highly preferred. - Clinical knowledge (nurse/doctor background) is a plus. - Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
