Experience building AI-product user feedback loops, model evaluation, and quality improvement.Expertise in data-driven product design, testing, and driving cutting edge experimentation techniques.Comfort partnering closely with engineering and data science teams, and the ability to translate technical detail into strategic decisions.Exceptional user empathy and ability to simplify complex workflows into delightful experiences.Strong communication, influence, and leadership abilities; experience driving cross-functional alignment in high-growth environments.Why Join?Great mission.
