We are looking for a talented Reels, Short-Form Video, and Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist to help a growing New York-based real estate investment finance company create high-performing social media content and paid ad creatives.
DSCR Pro is a specialized real estate investment finance company focused on helping real estate investors access smart financing solutions, including DSCR loans, non-QM lending, bridge loans, fix-and-flip loans, commercial real estate financing, foreign national investor loans, and other investor-focused lending programs. DSCR Pro is not a generic mortgage company. It is a strategy-first, investor-centric lending platform focused on speed, clarity, education, deal structuring, and execution.

We are now expanding our social media and advertising presence and need a creative specialist who can help us create amazing reels, powerful short-form videos, and Facebook/Instagram ad creatives that attract attention, build trust, increase followers, improve engagement, and generate qualified leads.
This is a 30-day project, with the possibility of a 60-day extension if the results, communication, and creative quality are strong. The total potential project length is 90 days.
We want someone who understands both creativity and performance. The content must look professional, but it must also drive results.

60-Day Extension
If the first 30 days go well, we want to extend the project for another 60 days.

The goal of the extension is to create a consistent social media and advertising engine that helps us grow followers, build authority, and generate qualified leads.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:

Spanish/English bilingual ability is also a plus, but not required.
