I am currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join a fast-growing subscription e-commerce business that is rebuilding and scaling its growth marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data problems, building reliable analytics infrastructure, and influencing business decisions through actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- 📊 Building retention, LTV, and channel payback models.
- 🔍 Investigating and reconciling marketing data across Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, Snowflake, Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- 📈 Analyzing marketing performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- 🧪 Designing and evaluating A/B tests across landing pages, email, SMS, and paid media.
- 💡 Translating complex data into clear recommendations for business leaders.
Qualifications:
- ✔ 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or insights roles.
- ✔ Advanced SQL skills and strong data modeling experience.
- ✔ Experience with GA4, attribution tools, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- ✔ Background in e-commerce, DTC, consumer tech, marketplaces, or other high-growth environments.
