Roles and Responsibilities: - Generate parent and student prospects independently through personal networks, referrals, social media, local outreach, field activity, and digital channels. - Contact prospective families to understand student class, interests, and needs. - Explain NIYO Explorer, NIYO Innovator, and NIYO Fellowship programs accurately. - Guide families on program fees, learning experiences, and registration processes. - Maintain professional and regular follow-up with interested parents and students. - Support registration and complete successful onboarding. - Update prospect, follow-up, and onboarding activity in NIYO Work OS. - Attend training, team meetings, and product updates. Program Coordinator Sales Journey: - Identify parents and students who may benefit from a NIYO program. - Begin a conversation and understand student needs. - Explain the appropriate NIYO program and its value. - Answer questions and maintain structured follow-up. Sales Pipeline Focus: - Generate fresh prospects regularly. - Track contacted, interested, follow-up, and registration-ready families. - Maintain consistent follow-up instead of relying on one-time conversations. - Use referrals and local networks to expand reach. - Keep NIYO Work OS updated for visibility and target tracking. Incentive Structure: - Incentives begin after achieving at least 30 successful onboardings in the applicable month. - Incentive rates per onboarding range from ₹60 to ₹150 based on the final verified number of successful onboardings for the month. - Incentives are separate from fixed salary and are calculated based on valid onboarding completions recorded in NIYO Work OS.
