Responsibilities
Hey! We're hiring an Appointment Setter for an online education company that offers one-on-one math tutoring for neurodiverse students (dyscalculia, ADHD, dyslexia and more). You'll be the warm first point of contact for parents, qualify the right families and keep the closer's calendar full. Full-time, remote, open to bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals in Latin America, with a path to a combined setter and closer role.
What you'll do:
- Respond fast to inbound leads by phone, text and email in GoHighLevel
- Run warm, empathetic qualifying conversations with parents
- Book qualified families into sales calls, then confirm and remind them
- Follow up with cold and no-show leads consistently
- Keep every lead, note and pipeline stage up to date in the CRM
- Send a daily end-of-day report and flag patterns like common objections
What we're looking for:
- Experience in appointment setting, inside sales or a consultative phone role
- A warm, empathetic style for talking with parents about sensitive topics
- Strong follow-up habits and ownership of the top of the funnel
- Working knowledge of the education industry
- GoHighLevel, AI tools, tutoring or parent-facing sales, and neurodiversity familiarity are pluses
