Payroll Processing & Back Office: - Enter and maintain accurate payroll and employee data in the CRM and payroll systems. - Verify employee attendance and hours worked and ensure the correct calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and leave balances. - Confirm appropriate deductions and tax withholdings based on federal, state, and local requirements. - Prepare and distribute earnings reports and payroll summaries. - Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies quickly and accurately. - Prepare payroll-related reports for internal teams and audits as needed. - Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Operational Agility: - Navigate and manage multiple systems, tools, and workflows simultaneously. - Assist with continuous process improvement by providing feedback and supporting the implementation of new tools or procedures. - Stay organized and maintain task tracking to ensure no missed deadlines, even when managing multiple assignments. What You Bring: - 1–2 years of exposure to U.S. payroll operations, systems, or procedures (including internships or part-time work). - Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex) and CRMs is preferred. - Strong data entry and organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Clear and professional verbal and written communication in advanced English. - Comfort handling both incoming and outgoing client calls professionally. - Ability to multitask in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment. - Experience working in or supporting a remote, SaaS, or tech-enabled service company is a plus. - Prior experience in customer service, admin support, or operations is beneficial. What We Offer: - A hands-on learning opportunity in a dynamic SaaS payroll environment. - Career growth potential with exposure to best practices in payroll tech and operations. - Training, mentorship, and tools to develop your skills and payroll knowledge. - A collaborative, supportive, and remote-friendly team culture. - We’d love to hear from you if you want to start your payroll career and thrive in a tech-driven, people-first environment.
