With over 10 years of experience in the outsourcing sector, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the industry’s leading companies, including Atento Colombia, Teleperformance, and currently JPG Partners, where for the past decade I've been connecting growing U.S. companies with top LATAM talent — especially from Colombia.
My passion lies in connecting people with growth opportunities, helping high-quality professionals take the next step in their careers, while supporting companies in building high-performance teams that allow them to scale efficiently.
At JPG, I’ve successfully identified, recruited, and managed top-tier remote talent — primarily in IT, customer service, and administrative support — ensuring companies find skilled, committed professionals tailored to the needs of the U.S. market, all while maximizing cost-efficiency.
I see myself as a bridge between LATAM’s most talented professionals and companies seeking sustainable growth in the global marketplace. My focus is always on delivering fast, high-quality results aligned with the strategic goals and values of the businesses I work with.
