Requirements and responsibilities


Role Requirements: - Must have 2 years of experience in the Events Management industry (weddings, private events, festivals, etc.). - Must have experience in calendar and inbox management. - Must have experience in contract management and invoicing. - Minimum of 2 years experience working with American, Canadian, Australian, or U.K. clients or managers. - Available to work roughly 40 hours a week within EST working hours. - Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. - Must speak and write fluent English and Spanish. - Must have a reliable backup internet connection. Responsibilities: - Assist with inbox management, email templates, and meeting follow-ups. -Curate, organize, and publish social media and marketing content. - Manage client communication across email, phone, and meetings. - Generate, send, and track contracts, proposals, and invoices. - Liaise with third-party vendors and source replacements as needed. - Support the launch and marketing of the online flower shop. - Organize business operations, documentation, and internal processes. - Coordinate logistics for weddings, brand activations, and floral events. - Set up and manage CRM systems, workflows, and client data. - Collaborate closely with the founder to improve and streamline business operations.
