Requirements: ✅ You should be able to understand and produce long and complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions in English and Spanish. ✅ 7+ years of engineering knowledge of IT systems end to end. ✅Strong software development skills using best practices, Git, Pull Requests, Code Reviews, etc. ✅ Can get up to speed with new techs and apply best practices in the short term. ✅ Understands the business and what delivers value to clients (sometimes with little input from them). ✅ Docker (and Kubernetes). ✅ Must possess a computer science/engineering degree or equivalent experience. ✅Javascript/Typescript - Angular. ✅React/Vue are a plus. ✅C# .NET Core /. NET Framework / Java / Python are the main languages ✅ Team lead skills, adopting Agile best practices. Responsibilities: ✨ Work on developing new systems or updating existing ones. ✨ Help drive the high-level architectural discussions regarding the work that the team is doing. ✨ Lead design meetings and tech breakdowns. ✨ Code quality assurance. ✨ Provide architectural and design direction to the team. ✨ Promote collaboration and engagement.
