We are seeking a (Senior) Legal Counsel to join our international legal department at FREENOW. This role involves providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, marketing campaigns, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of our super mobility app. If you are a qualified lawyer with experience in both law firm and in-house settings, possess exceptional project management skills, and thrive in an international environment, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: - Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts including sponsorships, service agreements, partnerships, and GTCs. - Advising on legal and commercial aspects of marketing campaigns, raffles, and content initiatives. - Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of matters ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, including transportation laws and intellectual property. - Conducting legal research and analysis to assess the impact of new laws and regulations on the company’s operations. - Advising sales, marketing, tech, and product teams on the legal feasibility of new features and products.
