Hi, I’m Alexander Torrenegra, CEO of Torre. We’re hiring the person who will lead and blitzscale the operation of our staffing and RPO unit and, in the process, revolutionize how companies of all sizes hire and candidates find the perfect job. This is a remote opportunity from anywhere in the Americas. WHAT IS TORRE? Torre is the first company to fully automate recruiting end-to-end. We use many types of AI, which, in conjunction, create self-driving recruiters who replicate human intuition. Torre can automatically locate the best candidates from hundreds of sources, attract them, screen them, filter them, rank them, deliver detailed reports about each, and even re-engage them. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work. Our motto is to make work fulfilling for everyone. Our seed round was ~$20M, of which I contributed ~$10M. Once we meet, I’ll share more information with you. WHY THE OPENING? After five years of development and trials, we reached beta stage and started scaling our client acquisition efforts and revenue. Companies can license our tech or outsource their recruitment to us, whether via staffing or RPO (recruitment process outsourcing). We’re growing fast. A crucial part of the team will be this role: a head of operations for staffing and RPO, laser-focused on fulfilling our clients' job openings and growing our accounts. We are blitzscaling our growth. Speed is paramount. That’s why this role requires previous experience as a leader of recruiters or talent acquisition managers in the staffing sector. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS: Our sales team will deliver new clients. You’ll be responsible for rapidly growing our staffing and RPO operation and the revenue from such clients. Your KPIs will be: • Gross profit from RPO and staffing • Net revenue retention rate (account growth) Additional performance metrics will include: • Fulfillment rate • Fulfillment speed • Churn YOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH: We expect you to commit to this role for three to five years. The experience you earn will enable you to grow into other roles, such as head of operations or head of a business line at Torre or outside of Torre. You may even go and launch your own business. THE TEAM: You’ll report directly to me, the CEO, and Sebas Gallo, Head of Operations. You’ll work closely with our sales teams and our head of Candidate Operations. The candidate operations team will handle most of the talent acquisition for you and your team. You'll lead a team of globally remote TAMs (talent acquisition managers). From two remote team members, we expect you to grow this team to the hundreds and even thousands. From six digits in annualized revenue to nine (>100M/year).
