Join our purpose of making life easier with technology and be part of our team as a Data Architect. 🔵Responsibilities: • Can clearly understand business requirements or ask for clarifications on them to support data architecture. • The Data Architect has primary administration responsibility for the logical and physical design of the data solutions and business information architecture. • Creates physical models and participates in the modifications to it as the project moves through the design and development phases. • Ensure all models are consistent with the enterprise data models, naming standards, etc. • Review and update data conceptual, logical and physical models as needed (subject areas, entities, attributes, tables, constraints, etc.) • Support data integration teams and provide ETL- architectural advice to team. • Participate in design, source-to-target mapping, metadata creation, review, and testing phases of a data project/operation. • Work with ETL development team to communicate data designs, review data flow, and resolve data issues. • Provides business project support by ensuring project teams have the necessary information (documentation, policies, rules, etc.) to create data solutions that align to corporate direction. • Facilitate meetings and work closely with business to gather and understand data requirements. • Act as a data steward when needed. • Develop documentation and maintain as needed. • Develops and implements business intelligence tools or applications for accessing and analyzing data and metadata. • Integrate models and ensure data rules and definitions are consistent across various departments. • Anticipate and resolve data definition and integration issues for cross-functional groups. • Works with System Admin group to manage, monitor performance usage and administer the analytic server and Bl reporting tool. • Participate and/or lead in design sessions, demos and prototype sessions, testing and training workshops with business users and other IT associates. • Demonstrated analytical ability and creativity in developing and implementing plans and solutions for complex problems. 🔵Qualifications: ·  Minimum of 10 years overall IT experience, including 7 years of data architecture. ·  7+ years of IT experience of hand-on DA experience on small to medium complexity ·  7+ years experience with Data Architecture, Data Warehousing and data governance. ·  7+ years experience with Data Modeling tools such as Erwin, ER Studio, or SAP Power Designer. ·  7+ years experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.), highly proficient in SQL language, SQL performance tuning and DDL scripting. ·  Strong SQL skills. ·  IT Experience in architecting solutions via various Business Intelligence suites of reporting and developer products (i.e. SAP Business Objects, Qlikview, Essbase, B4Hana, SAC). ·  Experience of Application, Data Warehouse and Master Data Management environments. ·  API/Service specification capability - ability to take from design to specification details. 🔵Desired Experience: ·  Architect Business Intelligence solutions using technologies such as Tableau, QIik, Microsoft Power Bl, SAP Analytics, and Google Analytics is a plus. ·  Strong understanding of ETL development pipeline using tools such as Informatica, SAP, IBM and API platforms. ·  Experience with transactional data management platforms in the cloud such as Azure and AWS is a plus. ·  Experience with Big data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Impala, etc.) is a plus.    🔵Benefits: ◽ We're certified as a Great Place to Work. ◽ Opportunities for advancement and growth. ◽ Paid time off. ◽ Formal education and certifications support. ◽ Benefits with partner companies. ◽ Referral program. ◽ Flexible working hours.
