The ideal candidate will excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have the ability to collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues. Responsibilities: - Utilize master inventory control tracker to locate items outside of SLA - Track each item via detailed notes and investigation efforts - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve exception and operational issues that impact inventory - Follow SOP for tactical steps and complete each task associated in a timely manner - Surface risks and opportunities to Authentication leaders for strategic problem solving - Communicate challenges and blockers to inventory task completion to Authentication management in real-time
