Headquartered in Singapore, Bitdeer has deployed datacenters in the United States, Norway, and Bhutan.What you will be responsible for:Answer questions in the ticket system (Zendesk), community, or other online platforms; guide user communication to solve customer problems efficiently and improve satisfaction.Process user KYC work orders, stay updated on the company's latest compliance policies. Ensure that customer KYC are handled in a timely and effective manner.Actively support sales-related work, including product listing, product inventory management, and creating product links for key customers.Maintain VIP and other customer relationships, including but not limited to: creating exclusive product links, building strong relationships with users, and enhancing customer loyalty.Analyze product and process issues based on user experience and feedback. Summarize customer needs weekly, propose improvement plans, and optimize service and business processes.Collaborate with other business teams.
