As a Senior Back-end Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of an innovative platform. 🚀 🔵 Requirements: ◽ Proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, C#. ◽ Web API development in .NET. ◽ Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and experience working with relational databases. ◽ Experience with AWS. ◽ Experience optimizing system performance and scalability, especially in a high-scale web environment. ◽ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently. ◽ Comfortable working in a small team environment with limited mentorship, where collaboration and cross-functional communication are crucial. ◽ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with team members across the company. ◽ Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion. ◽ Excellent English communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ Take ownership of the development and implementation of features and improvements to the backend systems in a secure, well-tested, and performant manner. ◽ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Frontend Engineers, and UX Designers, to maintain a high standard of quality and drive common goals. ◽ Act as a technical leader within the company, advocating for improvements to product quality, security, and performance that have a significant impact across the team. ◽ Solve technical challenges of high scope and complexity, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive innovative solutions. ◽ Craft clean and maintainable code that adheres to internal standards and best practices, ensuring the scalability and efficiency of our systems. ◽ Actively participate in code reviews, sharing your knowledge and insights to maintain and improve the code quality of the entire organization. ◽ Creating, implementing, and tracking technical and business metrics within the software.
