Hi there! I’m Flor and I studied Tourism because once I thought that I could change the world through it. I grew up, finished my course of studies and I realized that even though I couldn’t work for the government, I could change the life of my passengers by providing the best traveling experiences. I worked in a travel agency for almost 10 years when I realized that it was time to have one of my own and with a partner and I we ran our agency for 4 years. The pandemic arrived, and my life changed 180°, I was not determined to watch my life pass by. If you want a change you have to go for it! So I was given the most satisfying opportunity that had come in for a long time and now I’m a technical recruiting analyst. Changing lives can be a way of living, I’m certain about that. It’s a fulfilling experience helping people from all over LATAM to get better job opportunities that can lead to achieving their goals and growing in their career path. It's my goal to get into the IT world. With my ability to adapt to changes and my communicative skills I am confident that I will achieve it.
