Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Design & Prototyping:
* Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
* Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
* Ensure consistent visual design language across all digital products.
User Experience (UX) Research:

Front-End Development:

* Optimize web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaboration & Communication:
* Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
* Participate in design reviews and contribute creative solutions to UX challenges.
* Maintain design documentation and UI component libraries for scalability.
Quality & Continuous Improvement:
* Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, design systems, and usability standards.
* Ensure all interfaces meet accessibility standards (WCAG).
* Continuously improve the look, feel, and performance of digital products.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
* 2–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).
* Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
* Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
* Knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Attention to detail and a user-first mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
* Experience with motion design or animation tools (After Effects, Lottie).
