In the past 12 years, their portfolio has grown to over 13,000 apartment units owned and operated in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Baltimore, and they continue to expand. They have been named a Chicago Tribune “Top Workplace” for the past six years. Pangea is searching for a talented, ambitious, self-directed candidate to work as a Leasing Agent. The candidate must be comfortable working in Chicago’s south and west side neighborhoods, including Auburn Gresham, Austin, Englewood, South Shore, and Riverdale. The role includes scheduling, coordinating, and conducting unit showings with prospective tenants, assisting prospective tenants with applications, and meeting and exceeding monthly leasing targets. The role requires working flexible hours as needed to show units and navigating, updating, and working effectively in Yardi software environment. Responsibilities: - Schedule, coordinate, and conduct unit showings with prospective tenants - Follow up with active prospects to find them a home with Pangea - Assist prospective tenants with applications - Meet and exceed monthly leasing targets - Work flexible hours as needed to show units - Navigate, update, and work effectively in Yardi software environment - Any projects or additional duties as requested
