We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will perform complex administrative functions across multiple levels of management including external business partners. The successful Administrative Assistant will be confident, extremely detail-oriented and organized. They will manage procurement of good and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. This is a contract role through June 30, 2023 with possibility of extension. Must be located in the greater Seattle area and willing to work onsite. Responsibilities: - Calendar support and management - Coordinate travel arrangements - Process business expenses - Prepare expense reports - Coordinates Meetings and Events - Processing vendors - Purchase orders and invoices - Organizing team meetings and morale events - Provides general office support - Completes special projects as assigned
