🚀 Welcome to the future of recruitment! 💪 We're seeking a talented remote customer support agent to join our team, where AI is at the heart of our operations. 🧑‍💻 If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients and candidates, this is your opportunity! 📅 Full-time availability. ⚙️ Requirements: ▪ At least one year of customer service experience and a background in English campaigns is preferred. ▪ Feel comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. ▪ A extremely high sense of urgency. 🎯 Your responsibilities will be: ▪ Provide outstanding customer support to the users that contact our platform through our Torre Messenger chat. ▪ Truly understand our talent seeker’s needs and goals to solve their requests and inquiries. ▪ Solve or escalate any issues or misalignment and promptly triage user's requests. ▪ Create, own, and execute strategic plans for KPI fulfillment. ▪ Ensure operational excellence in all the processes. ❗ To increase our team's diversity and inclusion and guarantee operational continuity in case of catastrophes or conflicts, we try to limit the percentage of team members in any single country. Unfortunately, for this role at this moment, we aren't actively targeting candidates living in Colombia.
