🎯 Your responsibilities will be:
▪ Provide outstanding customer support to the users that contact our platform through our Torre Messenger chat.
▪ Truly understand our talent seeker’s needs and goals to solve their requests and inquiries.
▪ Solve or escalate any issues or misalignment and promptly triage user's requests.
▪ Create, own, and execute strategic plans for KPI fulfillment.
▪ Ensure operational excellence in all the processes.
