We’re looking for consultants with deep domain expertise—people who understand how businesses operate in a specific vertical, and how AI can be applied meaningfully to streamline operations, boost productivity, or enhance customer experience.
We’re building a high-caliber collective of fractional AI specialists—professionals who can help clients unlock value quickly by implementing and customizing existing AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Notion AI, Fireflies, etc.) in ways that actually work for their business.
What you’ll do:
* Work with SMEs in your industry (e.g. legal, real estate, marketing, finance, SaaS, eComm, etc.).
* Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and AI augmentation.
* Customize off-the-shelf AI tools to fit real business workflows.
* Run client meetings and clearly explain what’s been built (and how to use it).
* Provide light training and documentation to internal teams.
* Optionally support or iterate as business needs evolve.
About you:
* Native English speaker, based in the United States — clear, confident communicator who can be easily understood by business clients.
* Deep experience in one vertical (e.g. law, marketing, sales ops, etc.).
* Fluent with tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Make.com, Fireflies, and other no-code/low-code AI-friendly platforms.
* Skilled at translating business problems into efficient, tool-based solutions.
* Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable leading client conversations.
* Able to produce simple SOPs, onboarding materials, or short training if needed.
Nice to have:
* Experience with RAG-based tools or embedding data into LLMs.
* Previous consulting or agency experience.
* Ability to map systems and suggest phased automation plans.
