Responsibilities

At Globant, you will be able to unleash your passions and creativity. Are you ready? ✅ We are looking for a candidate with: - Experience in some test automation tools (Selenium is a must). WebDriver, Katalon, Cypress, Cucumber, Test Cafe, or others, are a plus. - Solid coding skills and object-oriented programming is mandatory (mainly in a language like Java, Python would be right after. JavaScript and .NET/C# are a plus). - Experience in API automation is essential. - Test engineering within an Agile environment is important. - Experience including automated suites in the pipeline. - Experience in Test Management tools. - Experience using Cloud devices/browsers providers. - Experience using version control systems. - Experience using automation design patterns. - Experience in using good automation practices. - Experience in automation planning and strategy. - Knowledge of databases. ✅ You should be able to understand and produce simple descriptions of daily tasks and everyday speech's main points and express your opinion in Spanish and English. ✅ What would you do? -Design and develop test automation scripts. -Use test automation guidelines and participate in planning activities. -Research issues in software through testing. -Collaborate with QA analysts and software developers. -Keep updated with the latest standards. -Improve release cycle times by reducing regression testing time. -Fully cover tests and design test cases clearly for different types of systems and tests. -Develop automated test scripts over different platforms. -Be responsible for test automation framework design and architecture on medium complexity solutions.
