🚀 Description: ◽ You will report to the Software DevOps Engineer Lead to contribute towards developing an understanding of how cloud operations handle all production deployments of our developed software and support the services that run on that software. ◽ You will work with the Tech Ops team to support our cloud environments and services. 🟣 Requirements: ◽ Experience in technical support and customer service. ◽ Knowledge of AWS and SQL is preferred. 🟣 Responsibilities: ◽ Provide technical support to customers. ◽ Support the development teams in their daily usage of our cloud platform. ◽ Create documentation that the software needs. ◽ Take an on-call shift for production support outside of business hours in a normal rotation.
