We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong project management experience to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software initiatives. This role requires hands-on coding expertise in modern backend and frontend technologies, combined with the ability to drive projects, manage stakeholders, and mentor teams. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between deep technical execution and structured project delivery, ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development (SDLC): Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems (Laravel, Node.js, or similar) and modern frontend applications (React, Next.js, Angular). Integrate with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL) and data pipelines (Snowflake, ClickHouse, DBT). Implement API-driven microservices, REST/GraphQL endpoints, and workflow automation.
- Project Leadership: Orchestrate consultants and outsourced developers. Serve as both technical lead and project manager on development initiatives. Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables, using Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Manage Jira boards, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration (QA, DevOps, Product). Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Architecture & DevOps: Architect cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, GCP) with cost optimization and resilience. Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline). Implement observability (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) and monitoring.
- Security & Compliance: Apply secure coding practices aligned with OWASP Top 10, PCI DSS, and SOC 2. Implement IAM, secrets management, and role-based access controls in cloud environments.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Mentor junior/mid-level developers on best practices in coding, architecture, and project management. Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, MUI.
- Backend: Laravel, Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, or Django.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB; strong SQL optimization.
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, IAM), Azure, or GCP.
- Data & Analytics Tools: Snowflake, Posthog, Rudderstack, DBT.
- Testing Frameworks: Jest, Cypress, PHPUnit, Playwright.
- CI/CD & Automation: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform.
Project Management Skills:
- Proven experience leading Agile projects as Scrum Master or Technical PM.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Lean practices, stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing Jira/Confluence project spaces.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and influence across technical and business teams.
