As a Senior Devops/Platform Engineer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the DX and infrastructure of our client, an industry leading talent marketplace platform. Your expertise will drive the technological decisions, development, and maintenance of our software, ensuring a stellar developer experience and the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that meet global demands. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to convert business requirements into technical specifications. - Optimize infrastructure and DX experience in the platform. - Adhere to strict security and data protection standards. - Validate the technical feasibility of PRD documents and translate those requirements in engineering practices. - Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. - Collaborate with the team to manage deployments and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines. - Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance while promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Devops / Sysadmin work. - Knowledge of K8s and one of the major cloud providers. - Comprehensive understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON API, and OpenAPI. - Proven experience with Agile development methodologies, capable of excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a capability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
