About the Role: - The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role at the intersection of customer service, order management, and sales support within a fast-paced B2B environment. - This individual will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders accurately, and recommending appropriate product solutions, while ensuring a high level of responsiveness and customer satisfaction. - This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, and who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries (email and phone) with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. - Process and validate customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product codes, pricing, and availability. - Track and follow up on orders across production, shipping, and billing stages. - Provide product information and recommend suitable alternatives when needed. - Support the sales team with inventory checks, ETAs, CRM updates, and order tracking. - Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, technical support) to ensure smooth execution. - Monitor project timelines and delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment. - Identify and resolve order discrepancies, including product availability and data errors. - Contribute to improving response times, accuracy, and overall service quality. - Maintain organized documentation and assist with returns and administrative tasks. What You Bring: - 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order coordination. - Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. - Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of requests with attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills and follow-through. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written). - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
