Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities include collaborating with sponsors and Security partners to assess opportunities, challenges, and risks using KRIs and KPIs. Serving as DRI for key initiatives, owning outcomes and driving decisions. Creating program strategies, roadmaps, dependency maps, and risk registers. Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to support SDLC and influence adoption. Managing multiple projects end-to-end, setting milestones, handling dependencies, and communicating impacts. Providing transparent status updates to leadership. Conducting data analysis on security controls with BI tools. Driving process improvements using AI, automation, and retrospectives. Authoring OKRs and managing change across complex programs. Rapidly identifying and escalating risks.
