We’re looking for a Client Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team at Bondoc Roofing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, thrives on building relationships, and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience from first contact to project completion.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our Roof Advisors, managing client communication, and helping move deals forward — all while keeping things organized, accurate, and human.
Remote, Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, some Saturdays
Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT (40-hour workweek on average)

Pay:
- $7-9/hour
- Commission available after 90 days

What You’ll Do:
- Build strong product and process knowledge to confidently support clients
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the sales process via calls, texts, and emails
- Support Roof Advisors with estimates, project details, and RoofSnap sketches
- Manage CRM data, activity tracking, and scorecards
- Assist with insurance claims, supplements, and documentation
- Identify opportunities to move deals forward and strengthen the sales pipeline
- Collect payments and explain financing options when needed
- Prepare and send documents (DocuSign, handoffs to production, clerical tasks)
- Collaborate with the sales team in weekly check-ins to review progress
- Track key performance metrics (closing ratios, RPA, etc.) to help forecast growth
What You Bring
- Sales experience: 2+ years with proven results
- Strong communication: Clear, professional, and friendly — both written and verbal
- Customer-first mindset: You genuinely care about people and follow-through
- Tech confidence: Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel and CRM systems
- Industry knowledge (preferred): Roofing or construction experience is a plus
- Bilingual (required): Fluent in English and Spanish
