Requirements and responsibilities


I'm currently looking for a part-time HR & Recruitment Support Assistant to help with sourcing applicants, onboarding new hires, and supporting internal processes. You’ll work directly with me to keep everything running smoothly. This is a remote role with consistent hours and potential for long-term work if you're reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented. 🔹 Schedule & Pay. • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST. • Time Zone: Central Standard Time. • Hours: 20 hours/week. • Language Required: English. • Pay Rate: $3/hour. ✅ Responsibilities. • Promote job openings. • Set up tools/accounts for new hires (email, CRM, project management tools — training provided). • Conduct candidate interviews. • Support internal communication by helping address teammate concerns or questions. • Create and update virtual team profiles, policies, and onboarding documents. • Draft and revise SOPs and HR policies to help improve operations. • Maintain communication with me regularly to align on ideas, progress, and next steps. 🔍 Requirements. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Experience in HR, recruiting, admin, or virtual support is a plus. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively. • Good with tools and tech — willing to learn new platforms and teach others when needed. • Comfortable communicating with applicants and team members in a friendly, professional manner. • Open to feedback, adaptable, and solutions-oriented. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
