✨ Assigning customers with questions regarding their service and any related support programs, assisting with their devices (tablet and/or cellphone), and resolving any connectivity issues in accessing their service.

Customers don't often pick up the phone to thank you, so you would expect the person to be able to be patient, willing, and respectful in helping callers deliver effective resolutions for customers and the business.
