What is Agor? 🤖 Agor (Agent Orchestration) is a shared command center where teams run, review, and coordinate their AI agents in one live workspace — model-agnostic, open-source, and already turning heads in private beta. Built by the team behind Preset, it's early, fast-moving, and full of upside. Why you'll love this role This isn't "just another SDR seat." You'll be the first person whose entire job is Agor's growth — owning the full top of funnel, shaping how we go to market, and getting a front-row seat as an AI product finds its market. Serious ownership, real impact, a huge learning curve. What you'll do * Own the top of funnel — build and research your target list around a sharp ICP * Run personalized multichannel outbound (email, LinkedIn & more) — never spray-and-pray * Work marketing/inbound leads alongside your own outreach * Book qualified meetings and test what messaging actually lands * Keep the CRM sharp and surface what's working — your insight shapes the roadmap What you bring * Experience crushing it as an SDR/BDR (B2B SaaS ideal) * Fluent English, comfortable in US time zones (based in LATAM) * Fluent with outbound + CRM tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Salesforce) * Self-starter energy — you thrive in ambiguity and love to experiment * Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work ⭐ Bonus: you've sold technical / developer products before The setup * You'll be hired and supported through Torre, working as a dedicated member of Agor's team — Torre handles your contract, payroll, and compliance, so you can focus entirely on the work. * The role starts with a 2-month trial period — a window for both sides to confirm it's a great fit, with the goal of a long-term partnership. * Fully remote.
