If you have strong expertise in Epic Patient Access, Cadence, and Prelude workflows, we'd love to hear from you!Required Experience:Active/Current Epic Cadence Certification4+ years of healthcare IT experience4+ years of experience with Epic Patient Access workflowsStrong experience with Scheduling & RegistrationExperience with Patient Flow, Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), and Insurance VerificationEpic configuration, build, testing, upgrades, and production supportExperience with Decision TreesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsPreferred Skills:Active/Current Epic Prelude or Epic Referrals CertificationCompleted Epic Continued Epic Education (CEE)2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experienceStrong knowledge of healthcare operational policies, procedures, and Patient Access workflowsThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Epic professional to support and optimize critical Patient Access and scheduling workflows, collaborate with key stakeholders, troubleshoot complex application issues, and contribute to Epic upgrades and enhancements.
