We're looking for a Product Manager who can take a product from “What should we build?” → “Why are we building it?” → “Let’s make it happen.”At Byldd, you'll work directly with founders to build and launch software products across industries — owning product strategy, prioritization, execution, and outcomes.But this is also a managerial role.You'll manage and mentor APMs and junior product team members, set direction, delegate, review their work, develop their product thinking, and hold the team accountable for outcomes.What you'll actually doOwn products end-to-end — from discovery and strategy to launch and iterationWork with founders and clients to identify problems and turn them into clear product directionMake prioritization and trade-off decisions across business, users, technology, and timelinesLead product, design, and engineering teams through executionManage and mentor APMs and junior PMsUse data, research, and customer feedback to drive product decisionsBuild processes that help teams move faster and work betterUse AI as a core part of your product workflow — not just as a search toolYou might be a great fit if youHave 4+ years of Product Management experience and have previously managed, mentored, or led product team members.You're comfortable with ambiguity, can challenge assumptions, make decisions without perfect information, and take ownership when things don't go as planned.Most importantly, you enjoy developing people as much as developing products.
