Davies North America is seeking a Return-to-Work Specialist to support Workers' Compensation cases throughout the East Central Georgia territory.📍 Remote + Field-Based RoleIMPORTANT: This role requires regular field travel throughout the assigned territory, generally within approximately a 2-hour radius of the Milledgeville/Augusta region. Candidates should be comfortable conducting employer visits, job analyses, labor market surveys, and injured worker meetings in the field.What You'll Do:Coordinate return-to-work efforts for injured employeesMeet directly with employers and injured workersIdentify light-duty and transitional work opportunitiesConduct job analyses and labor market surveysCollaborate with physicians, nurses, adjusters, employers, and attorneysDevelop and monitor return-to-work plansWe're Looking For:Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Vocational Rehabilitation professional2+ years of vocational, occupational, or industrial case management experienceWorkers' Compensation experience preferredCRC, CCM, or CDMS credentials preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable working independently in both field and remote environmentsThis is a great opportunity for professionals who enjoy a mix of field work, employer engagement, injured worker advocacy, and return-to-work planning.
