Role Details:
- Client Support & Operations Specialist.
- Location: Remote – LATAM.
- Schedule: Part-time, 20–30 hours/week.

- Hours: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM OR 3:00 PM–8:00 PM ET (candidate chooses).
Overview:
- We are looking for a warm, highly organized Client Support & Operations Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for clients across funeral and floral services.
- This is a people-facing role where empathy and professionalism matter just as much as operational excellence.
- You will support clients through sensitive situations while coordinating schedules, orders, service details, and internal follow-ups to ensure every case is handled with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and text messages with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide clients through services, pricing, contracts, and next steps.
- Coordinate funeral service details, floral orders, consultations, and related logistics.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple services.
- Ensure all case-related tasks, people, and details are properly coordinated and completed.
- Communicate with internal team members, clients, and external vendors.
- Maintain accurate records and proactively follow up on outstanding requests.
- Create basic materials in Canva and use digital tools to support day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English with a warm, calm, and professional communication style.
- Experience in customer support, client services, hospitality, operations, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and calendar management skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.
- Experience using Canva for basic design needs.
- Strong general tech skills and familiarity with AI tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotionally challenging client interactions with professionalism.
- Strong reasoning and judgment when navigating different client situations.
Nice to Have:
- Haitian Creole and/or French language skills.
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience in funeral services, floral businesses, hospitality, or event services.
- Additional graphic design experience.
