Responsibilities

🚀 Hiring a full-stack engineer in LATAM (full-time, remote) My client is an early-stage startup that automates how a travel company goes from an inbound trip request to a priced itinerary and a signed proposal. Today that work is done by hand in spreadsheets, email and supplier rate sheets. You'd own everything the user touches: CRM, day-by-day itinerary editing, pricing and margins, the client-facing proposal. You'd work alongside a lead AI engineer who owns the architecture and the AI pipeline. ⚠️ There's an existing codebase (~48k lines, live) you'll have to work from and potentially partly rebuild. What you need: ✅ 4+ years building software, at least 2 at early-stage startups ⚛️ Deep Next.js and TypeScript, frontend architecture and not just components 🧩 Complex UI state: editors, tables, multi-step workflows 🗄️ Comfortable across the stack, Next.js and Supabase here (Postgres, auth, RLS) 🔧 You've inherited someone else's codebase and improved it instead of rewriting it 🗣️ Professional English and full overlap with US hours Useful background: 🏗️ B2B SaaS with dense operational interfaces: CRM, ERP, booking systems, financial dashboards, pricing tools 🌱 Early engineer somewhere with no product manager 📍 Remote from LATAM, full-time
