• Be responsible for the reliability and availability of the firmware running in hardware devices. • Focus on coding the way out of a reliability problem and reduce repetitive tasks to a minimum • Draft playbooks, and conduct tabletop and chaos engineering exercises to avoid operationally underload and identify opportunities for improvement. • Coordinate and collaborate with existing specialist/experts in the formalization and adoption of standards and procedures • Assist in the design and development of solutions management. • Work closely with a final client team.
