Identify and recruit top buyers and industry leaders across Latin America. Build long-term relationships through personalized outreach (phone, email, WhatsApp). Partner with U.S.-based program managers and marketing teams on acquisition strategies. Manage a pipeline of high-value prospects and track performance metrics. Travel to events in the U.S. and across Latin America (~30% travel). Deliver a premium experience for VIP attendees during events.
