Requirements and responsibilities

Remote | LATAM / Eastern Europe / India-Pakistan Open One of our clients is hiring a high-ownership RevOps / HubSpot Operator to help clean up and maintain their HubSpot ecosystem, improve connected systems, and take operational burden off leadership. This is not a basic admin role. They need someone who can own HubSpot day to day, troubleshoot technical debt, maintain workflows and connected automations, and work independently in a fast-moving, AI-heavy environment. What You'll Do: - Own HubSpot and related RevOps workflows day to day. - Clean up technical debt across lifecycle stages, properties, views, dashboards, and workflows. - Maintain and improve workflows, automations, and connected systems. - Help ensure HubSpot, Notion, and the broader automation stack are speaking to each other properly. - Troubleshoot broken logic, reverse engineer issues, and identify root causes independently. - Support new builds, process improvements, and ongoing system maintenance. - Improve data hygiene, reporting visibility, and system reliability. - Work across sales, marketing, ops, and customer success-related processes. - Reduce leadership dependence on manual CRM support and troubleshooting. What We're Looking For: - Strong hands-on HubSpot experience. - RevOps / CRM operations / systems ownership background. - Strong workflow, automation, and cleanup experience. - Ability to troubleshoot independently and reverse engineer broken systems. - Comfort working with n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, or similar integration tools. - Strong data hygiene and reporting instincts. - Ability to think strategically inside the system, not just complete tasks. - High ownership, fast pace, and strong attention to detail. - Strong English communication. - Ability to work well in an async, globally distributed team. Nice to Have: - Experience with Notion + HubSpot environments. - AI-heavy workflow exposure. - Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, OpenClaw, or similar tools in operational/technical work. - Customer success / ticketing workflow experience. - Payment / e-commerce systems exposure. - Documentation and internal training experience. Who's a Fit: - You like owning systems, not just handling tickets. - You can clean up a messy HubSpot portal without needing step-by-step direction. - You are proactive, technical, and comfortable figuring things out on your own. - You can move fast without creating more chaos. - You are comfortable working across teams and supporting multiple functions. - You are excited by automation, AI-assisted workflows, and connected systems. Logistics - Remote - Strong preference for LATAM, but open to Eastern Europe and India/Pakistan for the right fit - No strict timezone requirement, but must be open to 1–2 meetings around PST mid-day when needed - Async-friendly, globally distributed environment
