Responsibilities: - Managing transactions from executed contract through closing. - Coordinating with title companies, attorneys, agents, lenders, and internal teams. - Tracking contingency deadlines, closing timelines, and compliance requirements. - Reviewing contracts and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy. - Maintaining clean, organized digital transaction files. - Providing status updates to leadership and stakeholders. - Supporting problem resolution when issues arise during the transaction process. - Assisting with post-closing documentation and record keeping.
