Michigan Home Pros – West Michigan. Michigan Home Pros is a family-owned home improvement company with over 30 years of experience. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, doors, and bath remodeling. We are proud to be A+ BBB accredited and to hold a 4.9★ customer rating across West Michigan. The role. As an Exterior Sales Representative, you will run pre-set, qualified appointments (1–3 per day), inspect homes, present solutions, and close sales in-home. No cold calling or lead generation is required. Compensation and benefits. * 10% commission (50% at signing / 50% at completion). * $130,000+ on-target earnings. * Paid training: $500 per week during the first two weeks. * W-2 position. * Insurance benefits after 90 days. * $25 travel reimbursement for trips over 90 miles. Schedule. * Weekdays: 10:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. * Fridays and Saturdays: 10:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m. * Work every other Saturday. * Approximately 60 miles of driving per day. Requirements. * Comfortable climbing roofs and entering attics. * Own ladder and flashlight. * Reliable vehicle capable of transporting a ladder. * 12.9-inch iPad, or willingness to obtain one. * Availability for evenings and weekends.
