Requirements and responsibilities

What You’ll Do: Perform a full platform assessment & architecture review; evaluate ontology and schema design (RDF/OWL, Property Graphs); optimize query performance (Cypher, SPARQL); define a strategic roadmap including cloud & AI (GraphRAG) integration; work closely with business stakeholders across Research & Clinical teams.Key Skills: Graph DBs: Neo4j, Stardog, AnzoGraph; Knowledge Graphs, Semantic Web, Linked Data; RDF, OWL, SPARQL, Cypher, Gremlin; Data Engineering (ETL/ELT pipelines); Pharma / Life Sciences domain (highly preferred); Graph Data Science / Machine Learning integration.
