Position Overview: We’re looking for a Marketing Web Designer who can manage and evolve the company’s website while producing campaign-aligned creative assets. The ideal candidate will combine strong Webflow or WordPress experience with a designer’s eye and a marketer’s mindset, working cross-functionally to ensure the website and visual output reflect brand quality and performance best practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update the marketing website (URLs, page edits, content uploads, linking social media, etc.). Design and implement new landing pages to support campaigns and growth initiatives. Ensure website responsiveness, accessibility, and page speed optimization. Troubleshoot design issues and coordinate with external developers for complex integrations. Create visual assets and light video content to support campaigns and community efforts. Translate marketing and brand concepts into compelling web and creative output. Work closely with marketing and community teams to align visual content with strategy. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in website management and digital design. Proficiency in Webflow, WordPress, or similar no-code site builders. Solid design background with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva. Strong understanding of UX/UI design, responsiveness, and mobile-first layout. Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and development teams. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and performance optimization. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with integrations, automation tools (e.g., Zapier), or pixel setup. Light videography or motion graphics capability. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools or A/B testing platforms. Background working in a startup or fast-moving marketing environment.
