Senior Property Consultant at Prime Bullions Properties

Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai real estate (Sales). * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proven ability to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships. * Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. * English is mandatory, plus one of the following languages: Arabic, Russian, Urdu, Persian, French, or Chinese. Responsibilities: * Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research. * Conduct property viewings and provide clients with expert guidance. * Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options. * Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently. * Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. * Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, projects, and regulations. * Prepare and present property proposals to potential buyers. * Manage and update client information using CRM systems. * Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams. * Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. * Represent the company professionally at client meetings and events.
