What You'll DoDesign and build highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant backend systems. Solve complex distributed systems and performance challenges.Own end-to-end technical design, implementation, and production excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.Drive engineering best practices through code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring.What We're Looking For5–10 years of backend engineering experience.Strong expertise in System Design, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Distributed Systems.Experience building high-scale, low-latency, production-grade applications.Proficiency in any modern programming language such as Java, Go, Python, Ruby, RnR or similar. We are language agnostic.Solid understanding of databases, caching, messaging systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.Experience with microservices, observability, and performance optimization is a plus.If you enjoy solving challenging engineering problems at scale and want to build systems that make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
