You will be my second brain, someone who captures what needs to happen, prioritises it, moves it forward, and closes the loop without being chased.You'll work across everything: founder's office operations, sales calls, client servicing, creative brainstorming, proposal management, team coordination, and end-to-end influencer marketing.What we're looking for:2+ years of professional experience (startup, agency, founder's office, operations, or client servicing)Extremely organised. You manage multiple priorities at once and nothing falls through cracks.Proactive. You notice what is missing and say so.Strong written and spoken English.Advanced with ChatGPT and Claude. Not "I use it sometimes." Show me what you've built with it.You can take a founder's half-formed thought and turn it into a structured next step.Interested in fashion, beauty, D2C and digital marketing.Comfortable speaking with clients, influencers, candidates and vendors.We run end-to-end marketing for fashion and beauty D2C brands. You'll be building something real, not managing email.Compensation: ₹30,000 to ₹55,000 per month depending on what you can already do.Remote. Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday would be half day, depending on founder and client requirements.
