About IksulaIksula is looking for an Epicor Kinetic Functional Consultant for Remote.Required5+ years of direct, hands-on Epicor Kinetic implementation experience.Demonstrated, verifiable implementation experience across all four target modules: ERP, WMS, CRM, and Manufacturing Project Management.Multiple full-cycle Epicor implementations completed through go-live and hypercare (not just partial module support).Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing business processes including: Production Planning, Scheduling, and Capacity Planning; Shop Floor Control, MES, and Labor Reporting; MRP and Master Production Scheduling (MPS); Bills of Material (BOM) and Routings; Inventory and Warehouse Management; Purchasing and Supply Chain; Quality Management; Financial Operations: GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting.Hands-on experience building and executing test plans, test scripts, UAT sessions, and defect management workflows.Strong Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL experience (4+ years minimum).Experience developing BAQs, BPMs, SSRS reports, Application Studio customizations, and DMT migrations.Experience designing and troubleshooting ERP integrations, including REST APIs and third-party connectors.Experience supporting multi-site, multi-entity Epicor environments.Strong consulting, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills across technical and executive audiences.For more details, pls connect at sunit.k@iksula.com
