We help our customers design care pathways that lower the total cost to deliver care, increase access, and enhance both patient and provider experiences- all while strengthening clinical, operational and financial performance.Develop and support proprietary applications, websites, and services using ReactServe as a technical lead contributing to and directing the efforts of development teams, including internal and external members to deliver products and features on-timeMaintain ownership of the codebase architecture and qualityDevelop new software to help modernize Healthcare IT and it's deliveryAssist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing across the Engineering Org.Work with 3rd party vendors and customers to support their hardware on the eVisit platformEvaluate processes, tools, and approaches to potentially incorporate into how we develop products to ensure we are always learning and improvingRequirements7+ years of experience building enterprise web applicationsStrong expertise in front-end development primarily utilizing ReactStrong proficiency in React, Redux, RTK, and their ecosystemsSolid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExperience working with RubyDeep understanding of modern web applications design architecture, good API design patterns, performance, and scaleExperience with the following is a plus: WebSocket, WebRTC, Twilio, video conferencing protocols and systemsDriven to own the process and deliver the solutionExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve strategy based on research, data, and industry trendsStrong communication and organizational skillsNice to have:Experience working in a regulated environment (Healthcare experience HL7, EMRs)Experience working with EHR and EMR platforms.Mentor junior and mid-level engineersExperience developing and supporting Mobile ApplicationsBenefitsCompetitive salaryGreat benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA & FSA plans401(k)Generous PTO plan, plus 12 paid national holidaysFun, collaborative environment where the company is working to define the future of telemedicineExcellent opportunity for professional growth
