Our client PACE.Global is hiring an Operations Director (remote).This role sits at the centre of a growing professional services business, helping build the operational foundation that supports sustainable growth.Working directly with the COO, you'll be responsible for creating the systems, processes, and governance structures that keep the organization running effectively as it scales.A big part of the role is building operational excellence:Establishing delivery rhythms, accountability structures, and reporting frameworksCreating scalable SOPs, playbooks, and governance processesBuilding financial models, forecasting tools, and pricing frameworksIdentifying operational risks and solving problems before they impact growthDriving adoption of systems and processes across the organizationYou'll also play a key role in strategic execution and talent operations:Supporting workforce planning and recruitment strategyOptimizing resource allocation and delivery capacityCreating operational visibility across projects, finances, and team performanceTurning leadership priorities into actionable execution plansThis is a strong fit for someone with 7+ years of experience in operations or finance leadership, ideally within consulting, professional services, or high-growth environments. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can bring structure to ambiguity, build scalable processes from scratch, and drive adoption across teams.You'll be partnering closely with leadership while helping shape how the organization operates as it continues to grow.One of the most exciting aspects of this role is the long-term opportunity.
